Atera, a developer of the cloud-based IT automation platform that combines Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and remote access into one solution, has unveiled new platform enhancements, capabilities, and security features for managed service providers.
The new enhancements are designed to help MSPs meet the challenges that the ransomware epidemic has introduced into the industry. Atera is addressing their needs through its IT automation for faster reporting, improvements to the patch management system, and additional scripting opportunities. Other new features include comprehensive reports, automated email communications, and virus protection through its integration of Webroot antivirus to ensure secure and successful implementation and monitoring.
Atera has also created a new notification center for increased communications and engagement opportunities. This includes new back-end features for improved synchronization of information.
