Intermedia, a cloud business applications provider, has added Private Cloud deployments to its white-label partner model, enabling its partners to offer their customers either a public or private cloud deployment option. Under the company’s private label model, MSPs keep control over their customer relationships, while letting Intermedia’s experts handle customer deployment and management.
“There’s no ‘one configuration fits all’ approach to the cloud. We bring the skills and the know-how partners need to be successful with designing and executing cloud deployments,” says Irina Shamkova, senior vice president of product management at Intermedia. “We’ve always provided multi-tenant public cloud deployments, and now we are expanding our private cloud investments because of the opportunity it presents to our partners and customers. By letting partners sell private cloud under their own brand and pricing, we are helping them differentiate from other providers as prospects look to customize and scale their cloud-based workloads.”
With Intermedia’s managed Public Cloud, companies share a multi-tenant enterprise-grade deployment. In a managed Private Cloud, companies receive a single-tenant enterprise-grade deployment on Intermedia’s infrastructure or on AWS. Both options offer a 99.999 percent SLA for less than 26 seconds of downtime per month, migration and onboarding at no added cost, 24/7 support, and integration with a full suite of business cloud applications.
Private Cloud joins other core Intermedia applications under the private label model such as Exchange email and SecuriSync backup and file sharing.
