Cloud-based IT service management solutions provider LOGICnow has launched new improved†MAX Remote Management†mobile apps for the Android and iOS platforms. The new apps are designed to provide MAX RM users with a comprehensive set of tools to secure, manage, monitor, and improve IT operations from within a single dashboard on their Android or iOS device.
LOGICnow has included a†remote access†feature within the new application which combines Take Control and Remote Background Management. Take Control grants users remote access to any client server or workstation whether the user is present or not. Remote Background Management enables users to work behind-the-scenes to fix problems with no interruption to the end user. The application also allows users to:
- Check in on clients and problem devices remotely
- View and clear failing checks, add notes, and view asset data for devices
- View problem servers and workstations with the same device view filters available in the dashboard
- Utilize prescriptive analytics capabilities to help drive more proactive service and smarter IT decisions
“Accessing the MAX Remote Management dashboard securely from a mobile device is vital to minimizing business disruption, delivering more proactive service and maintaining productivity”, says Damian Trzebunia, director of product marketing at LOGICnow. “With Remote Access now available on mobile devices, users will be able to connect to servers and workstations to immediately resolve any issues with minimal user disruption, helping to create happy customers and driving more profitability.”
The updated MAX Remote Management apps are now available for download on Google Play or the Apple Store.
