RMM and service automation software provider SolarWinds N-able has introduced MSP Anywhere, a new remote control access and support platform that provides managed service providers with on-demand remote access to their customers’ computers. The new cloud-based software was acquired as part of the company’s recent purchase of BeAnywhere.

MSP Anywhere was developed in the cloud and offers peer-to-peer technology that allows for instant remote support and access to Windows PCs and Macs, as well as iOS and Android-based mobile devices from virtually any device. The platform’s console enables users to manage incoming requests and boasts greater collaboration with technicians to speed resolution times and deliver real-time customer support.
