Continuum, a channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, announced at Navigate 2015 that the mayor of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, has proclaimed September 29, 2015, as Continuum Veterans Foundation Day. Established in 2012, the Continuum Veterans Foundation is a nonprofit organization providing financial support to local and national charities that focus on helping veterans find jobs in IT.
During Navigate 2015, Continuum played a special video honoring U.S. military veterans for the sold out crowd, mostly comprised of the company’s managed services provider (MSP) partners. Continuum’s CEO Michael George asked the 46 veterans in the audience to stand and be recognized. Shannon Mayer, the company’s senior marketing programs manager, sang the National Anthem.
“We are honored to have September 29, 2015, proclaimed as Continuum Veterans Foundation Day in the City of Las Vegas,” says Michael George, CEO at Continuum. “Any time we get to recognize, honor, and thank a veteran is a good day. And during Navigate 2015, we had the opportunity to thank our many MSP partners who were in attendance at our user conference and have served this great nation.”
