Remote monitoring and management (RMM) software provider Continuum has added Intel vPro technology to its Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform. With the integration, MSP partners now have free access to a lights out management solution that includes remote power management capabilities as well as keyboard, video & mouse (KVM) control.
Using Continuum’s RMM with integrated Intel vPro technology, MSPs have the ability to remotely monitor, manage, and repair their clients’ PC assets, regardless of whether the operating system (OS) is running – even when the system has crashed or is corrupted. With KVM control, MSPs can connect to an unresponsive Windows PC and start a remote console session to diagnose and repair the machine without impacting the user.
