ConnectWise has expanded its product portfolio with the acquisition of Raleigh-based ScreenConnect, a stand-alone remote control solution. ScreenConnect offers an all-inclusive solution for remote support, remote access, and remote meetings. ScreenConnect will remain headquartered in the Raleigh, North Carolina, area and will retain its corporate culture and product development capabilities. Additionally, the remote control solution will be integrated as the default option within LabTech.
“During the past several years, remote control functionality has been heavily relied upon in LabTech, and it’s something we’re excited to continue our investment in,” says Matt Nachtrab, chief executive officer, LabTech. “Combining these two technologies has truly created a greater solution that we believe delivers value to our existing customers and expands our global market presence to better serve new channels and verticals.”
ScreenConnect will be available free of charge with the upcoming release of LabTech 10.
