Managed service provider and IT support platform, MAXfocus from LogicNow, has integrated its MAX MailProtection and MAX MailArchive services into its MAX RemoteManagement platform.This integration creates a global remote management platform that allows MSPs to provide comprehensive support for their customer’s IT infrastructure – including their email security and/or archive – all from a single dashboard.
The MAX MailProtection service offers spam and virus protection combined with built-in email continuity that allows customers continued access to email in the event of an issue with their on-premise or cloud-based email infrastructure. The MAX MailArchive service, available with MAX MailProtection or on its own, provides customers with a geographically distributed, cloud-based email archive to help customers meet government or industry compliance requirements and protect intellectual property.†
