IT solutions distributor, Avnet Technology Solutions, will be the first distributor in the U.S. to offer solution provider partners the HP ConvergedSystem 700 powered by HP OneView, a comprehensive solution that delivers a software-defined environment to help customers embrace an open hybrid cloud model with converged infrastructure. Avnet will integrate and configure HP ConvergedSystem 700 to help solution provider partners bring this next-generation converged management solution to market quickly.

HP ConvergedSystem 700 powered by HP OneView provides a single tool to manage the entire infrastructure, including support for a particular workload such as cloud, big data, mobility, virtualization, analytics/business intelligence, or database transformation. In addition, the solution expands choice for customers with support for HP ProLiant Gen9 blade servers and open interoperability with third party top-of-rack networking. This new converged infrastructure offering also helps scale to meet changing business demands by doubling the compute and storage capacity.
Partners can leverage the Avnet Global Solutions Center in Chandler, Ariz., to integrate and assemble the HP ConvergedSystem 700. Services offered through the Avnet Global Solutions Center for the HP system include final hardware installation, network attachment and initial virtualization, and storage setup.
