OKI Data Americas, based in Mount Laurel, N.J., has created a new warranty and recycling program called COREFIDO for select OKI devices. The COREFIDO initiative enables consumers to upgrade from a standard one-year warranty to a five-year warranty at no charge, as well as participate in a complimentary recycling program for used, genuine OKI toner and image drums from registered devices.
Introduced in support of its MB760/MB770 Series monochrome and MC770/MC780 Series color multifunction printers, OKI Data plans to expand the COREFIDO program to include additional products over the coming months.
COREFIDO helps MB760/MB770 and MC770/MC780 customers simplify the device management process and realize savings by reducing total cost of ownership over the program’s 60-month term. Online product registration is simple and provides protection for parts and labor, including transfer belt and fuser replacement, with on-site expert repairs done nationwide.
The COREFIDO initiative also provides a way for customers to recycle used toner, image drums, transfer belts, and fusers for registered devices. Replacement consumables are delivered along with return packaging for the spent units, and postage-paid shipping labels are available for download on the OKI Data website.
