Boston-based Zerto, which provides disaster recovery for virtualized and cloud environments, has developed two new online training programs as part of its free, tier-based Zerto Alliance Partner (ZAP) Program. The aim of the on-demand training is to improve partner sales knowledge in conveying the overall benefits of business continuity/disaster recovery to customers, and verify partner technical expertise in demonstrating and managing Zerto Virtual Replication software.
The Zerto Certified Sales Training and Certification course is designed for any partner who needs to learn the basics of selling and implementing Zerto Virtual Replication software. The course covers market opportunities, features and benefits of the software, and an analysis of competitive replication solutions.
The Zerto Certified Professional Basic Training and Certification course is for partners’ pre- and post-sales engineers who need to learn to install, configure, and run Zerto Virtual Replication. The program includes step-by-step instructions and simulations on how to perform a live failover, a test failover, a move, and a clone.
Both courses are currently offered free of charge to Zerto Alliance and Zerto Cloud Ecosystem Partners, and are accessible via the Zerto partner portal.
