LogMeIn Inc. has been named by Fast Company as one of the 10 most innovative Internet-of-Things (IoT) companies in the world. Recognized alongside other leading technology innovators like Nest (now part of Google), Belkin, Philips, and Intel, LogMeIn was highlighted for its focus on the enterprise, the early success of its Xively platform, and its IoT partnership with ARM.
In their selection of LogMeIn, the Fast Company editors point out that, “The IoT movement isn’t purely consumer-based, which is why LogMeIn — the company that IPO’d by helping professionals operate devices remotely — has the enterprise in its crosshairs.” Adding, “With Xively, LogMeIn has shifted its cloud capabilities to help businesses.”
