D&H Distributing, a Harrisburg, Pa.-based distributor, is working with its vendor partners to develop and promote Black Friday and Cyber Monday pricing for 2013. Specials include rebates ranging from a few dollars up to $300 per item, depending upon the individual item’s original price tag. Promotions apply in product categories such as Windows 8 tablets, touchscreen notebooks, Bluetooth speakers, flash drives, monitors, motherboards, mobile device cases, display mounts, PC chassis, web cams, routers, wireless adapters, wireless and USB-based peripherals, and more.
D&H is currently offering more than 400 specials from its vendors and expects to have hundreds of additional offers available before Black Friday arrives. Some participating manufacturers include Acer, APC, ASUS, Case Logic, Gear Head, Genius, Griffin, IRIS, Linksys, Livescribe, Microsoft, OmniMount, SanDisk, Samsung, Sennheiser, Speck, and others, with additional vendors submitting specials on a daily basis. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are typically among the most prolific purchasing days of the year, and the weekend also marks the kick-off of the holiday shopping season. By directing solution providers to rebates and discounts, D&H aims to help raise margins for its customers, and/or enable them to pass along more competitive deals to end-users, maximizing profit potentials during this sales window.
In addition to the Black Friday promotions, D&H is offering a “Holiday Hustle” program through December 31. For every $5,000 of products purchased from participating vendors in this timeframe, resellers are entered to win one of 16 AMEX gift cards ranging in value from $100 to $500.
