As Comcast Business surveyed partners and gathered feedback from its partner advisory board, one key piece of feedback the company heard was that partners wanted a way to make the order process faster and easier when buying Comcast Business products for SMB customers (Business Voice, Business Internet, and Business TV).
In response, Comcast Business has now created a tool called the SMB Configurator. Available via the Comcast Business partner portal, the SMB Configurator gives partners an automated, online tool that will automatically calculate pricing (with promotions) to get the correct price quickly and enter orders faster and easier. If any pricing promotions are being run, partners can simply enter that into the tool to get their correct price right away.
