IT and electronics distributor D&H Distributing has added new resources and capabilities to its Partner Services marketing program. Partner Services, a program that is now one year old, offers resellers a library of customizable brochure templates and vendor materials that VARs can use to promote their own services.
“We’re proud to be able to offer such a versatile collection of materials, which has expanded significantly in both volume and function over the program’s first year,” explains D&H vice president of marketing Mary Campbell. “The success of the program proves independent resellers can truly use support in this area. We will continue to build the offering with additional relevant topics that can help our customers promote their†services and†enter new segments.”
New Templates
One of the library’s newest additions is a template outlining the benefits of cloud-based infrastructures in the SMB environment. “What Is Cloud Computing and What Does It Mean for My Business?” underscores the productivity gains, cost benefits, and collaborative advantages of a virtualized infrastructure, especially focusing on Microsoft’s new cloud-based Office 365 solution.
Other new templates for this quarter focus on the education vertical, IP surveillance, “BYOD,” and digital imaging. These join an existing catalog of close to 20 brochures about topics ranging from custom systems and data security to healthcare solutions and disaster recovery. VARs can download these items and add their own branding.
Vendor Partners
Close to 70 D&H vendor partners offer downloadable content for the Partner Services library, including ASUS, Cisco, D-Link, Epson, HP, Intel, Kensington, Lenovo, Lexmark, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Ricoh, Samsung, Symantec, Toshiba, and Western Digital.
Custom Collateral
D&H’s Partner Services will also fulfill custom marketing projects developed from scratch, executed according to the reseller’s parameters. This “Request a Quote” feature enables VARs to submit a request to D&H for such custom jobs as email blasts, banner ads, direct marketing campaigns, brochures, or other materials, all paid for on an individual fee basis.
