Autotask Corp., a leading provider of hosted IT business management software based in East Greenbush, N.Y., has a new Certified Consulting Partner (CCP) program and has expanded its Client Services operations.
The CCP program connects trained and tested Autotask users with new and existing customers. Autotask CCPs are required to complete a training and testing program before receiving certification, as well as participate in ongoing product and business process training during their tenure.
Enhancements to Client Services operations include faster, more consistent support in the areas of first response, phone support, and ticket research and escalation; a planned 50 percent increase in support personnel by year-end; and a new array of tiered support and education bundles.
