AVG Technologies USA Inc., Chelmsford, Mass., has introduced AVG CloudCare, a simplified cloud-based services offering with an IT management capability already tested by selected resellers and managed service providers. The AVG CloudCare cloud IT management platform and services offering is designed exclusively for small businesses and their IT channel partners in North America, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. It includes AVG AntiVirus and AVG Content Filtering.
AVG CloudCare provides a free, easy-to-use cloud-based administrative platform that gives real-time visibility and the ability to manage AVG services across all clients and customers. Keyless licensing and preset policies aim to remove administrative hassles in managing accounts. Further, the AVG Remote IT tool lets resellers remotely access and troubleshoot issues on their customers’ devices from anywhere.
Customers only pay for services that are used. In addition, individual services can be activated and deactivated as needed.
AVG CloudCare also features:
