Axcient, an SMB disaster recovery and backup provider, is adding enhancements to its Axcient Partner Program. Upcoming changes include three membership tiers – Partner, Premier Partner, and Elite Partner, with varying levels of benefits and rewards.
“It’s got the traditional channel program benefits like deal registration/referral programs, financial incentives, demand gen tools, webinars, soft leadership series, and training,” says Justin Moore, CEO of Axcient. “Partners at the lowest level get a dedicated sales rep that manages their accounts. The highest tier, the elite partner tier, gets a dedicated marketing rep as well.”
According to Moore, Axcient will also be putting specific financial incentives and rewards in place for each partner. Each partner will do joint business planning with Axcient, including an annual quarterly plan with incentives to achieve sales goals. “It helps us align with our partners and provide them tools to help their business grow. That one-to-one touch [in a partner program] is what makes us unique.”
Axcient has also partnered with HP on the HP/Axcient Cloud Roadshow, traveling to cities across the United States until March 15th. According to Moore, the days are geared towards cloud education and best practices for sales, marketing, and finance. Scheduled stops are:
- March 1st – Dallas, TX
- March 7th – Los Angeles, CA
- March 13th – Chicago, IL
- March 15th – New York, NY
