CompTIA, a non-profit association for the IT industry, is developing IT channel training programs and resources around enterprise mobility management. The mobility training program is the newest addition to CompTIA’s extensive training curriculum for the IT channel, which includes live workshops, training guides, and other resources.
CompTIA is currently in the process of creating a content advisory board, with an invitation extended to all sectors of the mobile market, such as carriers, device and infrastructure manufacturers, mobile application developers, and solution providers. The content advisory board will help direct goals and objectives for CompTIA’s mobile technology channel training initiatives.
As part of the mobility training curriculum, CompTIA is initiating a study on mobility, telecommuting, and remote workforce trends. Scheduled for publication in a few months, study will assess the benefits of mobile and remote work products and identify the challenges of a mobile workforce.
