Xerox has launched DocuShare 6.6, an enterprise content management software that automates the entire lifecycle of documents, images, and forms. The software is designed to help organizations of all sizes improve their paper-based process efficiency and focus more time on business objectives.
New features of DocuShare 6.6 include:
- DocuShare Lifecycle Manager, which notifies administrators when document updates are needed
- DocuShare Enterprise Capture, which digitizes large volumes of paper documents into searchable data
- SharePoint integration
- Workflow and eForms enhancement
DocuShare 6.0 is available globally starting at $1,500 through Xerox and its network of resellers. Customers on a current maintenance contract will receive an upgrade to DocuShare 6.6 free of charge.
