SYNNEX, an IT distributor, has launched RENEWSolv, a platform that allows its resellers to manage their software/service renewals and hardware refresh through a single dashboard. Available to all SYNNEX resellers for free, RENEWSolv even gives resellers the ability to upload data for products not purchased through SYNNEX.
Key features of the platform include:
- Comprehensive analytics highlighting penetration, warranty conversation, and renewal rates
- Automated identification of uncovered equipment, warranty expiration, renewal, and tech refresh opportunities with auto-quote creation up to 90 days in advance
- Email reminders
- Resellers can leverage co-branded storefronts to reach out to end-customers
- Integration with SYNNEX order management
Resellers can also work with SYNNEX to manage all or part of the renewals process on their behalf, including making telephone calls to customers, managing the tool, reporting, and processing credit card orders. RENEWSolv has launched with all Microsoft SA license renewals, and the HP Services Care Packs Day One Contracts is expected by the end of August. Other vendors will be incorporated into the platform over the next few months.
