The JSD Web site for partners provides access to conferencing technology solutions from such manufacturers as Avaya, Panasonic, Adtran, and others.
Cloud-based sales services provider eXalt Solutions announced this week that its client, conferencing technology supplier Jenne Distributors, has further refined its partner portal.
Dubbed Jenne Solutions Designer (JSD), the cloud-based “store” is available to Jenne partners. According to the distributor, the Web portal enables partners to access services necessary to “build a complete VoIP solution while viewing only products and pricing available for their company.”
Jenne’s JSD Web space includes products from Avaya, Panasonic, Adtran, and other vendors.
“Our Jenne Solutions Designer helps VARs access product descriptions, pricing information, and other critical information quickly and efficiently,” explains Jim Karaffa, Jenne’s director of training and technical services. “Our site, powered by eXalt, helps VARs prepare a multi-vendor solutions quote in a fraction of the time it used to take in the past. All of this is done online and without cumbersome spreadsheets.
The JSD features:
- Custom Solution Configurations — Partners are able to specify requirements, and the JSD system will recommend optimized solutions, including hardware, software, cables, leasing, and service.
- Multi-Vendor Offerings — VARs can access products from a range of manufacturers.
- Dashboards — Users are able to see pricing and leasing rollups during the sales process.
- Expert Mode — Advanced users can build and view graphical illustrations of the final solution.
“eXalt is generating significant interest from technology companies because it offers an alternative to standalone vendor configuration tools,” says eXalt CEO Leslie Swanson. “It is exciting to see innovators like Jenne gain a competitive edge in the market by consolidating the myriad of tools and user interfaces that cause massive bottlenecks in sales.”
