The remote monitoring company’s N-central 8 platform will now be made available to International Business Products Inc. buying group members.
Remote monitoring and management software developer N-able Technologies and the buying group International Business Products Inc. (IBPI) have struck an agreement involving N-able’s N-central 8 RMM platform and complementary toolsets.
IBPI’s membership is composed of nearly 300 independent commercial copier and print dealers located throughout the U.S. Meanwhile, N-central 8 advanced remote IT automation technology and business-oriented support services.
IBPI focuses primarily on copiers, printers, accessories, supplies, and services. The buying group is now making the N-central 8 products available to its members.
According to IBPI, many copier and equipment vendors are incorporating managed IT services into their services portfolio. The group’s executive director, Randy Horshok, says managing this type of equipment is “a logical next step for our members and will strengthen their existing customer relationships and give way to new business and technologies.”
As part of the new alliance, N-able and IBPI will provide technology, resources, and expertise needed to help channel pros establish recurring service revenue streams, reduce IT service costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
