An integration partnership has been announced between business automation and service management software developer Tigerpaw Software and cloud-based monitoring and management developer Servoyant.
According to a Tigerpaw statement submitted to Channel Pro-SMB, the partnership was established in order to create a “robust application set for managed service providers.”
Alerts generated through Servoyant are now monitored, interpreted, and routed to appropriate technicians (and, ultimately, converted into service tickets) through the Servoyant web API. After tickets are generated, the information is collected by Servoyant and its status is updated by Servoyant from Tigerpaw.
“This is a partnership that makes a lot of sense for both parties and especially our respective clients,” says Tigerpaw president James Foxall. “It gives the many IT firms we both serve the ability to connect the functionality of our two solutions.”
“Coming from a service provider background, we have intimate knowledge of the specific needs of MSPs, including the need for tight integration with an industry leader like Tigerpaw,” added Servoyant president and CEO Enrique Krajmalnik. “Of specific importance is the ability to fit into the business processes each MSP has developed while providing a robust, complete platform aimed at providing unified monitoring and management of all devices.”
