CharTec partners can now add and manage Reflexion services through their CharTec account portal. Combined billing is designed to further simplify administration.
Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and SMB sales training provider CharTec has entered into a partnership with hosted email services provider Reflexion Networks. Under the terms of the partnerships, Reflexion will supply email security services to CharTec’s network of MSPs and solution providers.
Reflexion’s hosted email services include Reflexion Total Control for anti-spam and email security, Reflexion Archiving, eDiscovery, and Recovery (RADAR) for email archiving, and RTC Encryption for compliance with state and federal privacy and data protection regulations.
CharTec partners can now add and manage Reflexion services through their CharTec account portal. Combined billing is designed to further simplify administration. Reflexion services are also integrated with CharTec’s Unified Threat Management offering for deployment and management purposes.
“CharTec works very hard to create value and great vendor relationships for our partners,” says CharTec CEO Alex Rogers. “Reflexion stepped up to meet our request, and has shown their commitment to our partner base. This is why we not only recommend Reflexion, but continue to use them within our own company after four years.”
Under the new agreement, CharTec partners will receive direct access to Reflexion employees at CharTec Academies as well as early access to new hosted services, private labeling of the end-user interface to brand, and managed services and free transition services.
“Many small and midsized businesses are coming under increasing compliance pressures from regulations such as HIPAA, GLB, FINRA, SOX, the Massachusetts and Nevada Privacy Laws, or even the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,” says Scott Barlow, vice president of sales for Reflexion. “Reflexion’s collaboration with CharTec enables solution providers to address their clients’ compliance needs with affordable hosted services that are easy to deploy and manage.”
