The firewall network security company plans to go 100 percent channel this year, and rolls out new partner benefits to help get it there.
AlgoSec Inc., a network security policy management vendor in Roswell, Ga., has expanded its partner program in an effort to realize 100 percent of its revenue through the channel in 2011. The company invites qualified security solution resellers in the firewall market to “develop a lasting and profitable joint business relationship in AlgoSec’s fast-growth market.”
The company’s solutions, AlgoSec Firewall Analyzer and FireFlow, automate analysis of the network security policy using algorithms that factor in network topology, traffic variations, and best practices to eliminate risks and ensure compliance. They provide visibility into how network security devices are configured and transparency to stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
For those in the company’s partner program, AlsoSec forwards leads and provides support during the sales cycle for each opportunity. Margins are guaranteed for Certified and Gold partners that have registered their opportunities. Certified and Gold partners also receive support, margin protection, discounts, and promotions via an online partner extranet.
Partners can take advantage of technical and sales training to build expertise that can be instructor-led, Web-based, or provided on-site. Partners can also differentiate themselves through AlgoSec’s Certification Program. Qualified partners are eligible to receive marketing collateral, presales support, and demonstration software. Certified and Gold partners are assigned dedicated account managers to assist in developing joint business opportunities.
