M86 Security’s New Channel Training Program
The Web and email threat protection provider is familiarizing partners with product installation and options as well as benefits and advantages.
Orange, Calif.-based M86 Security, a provider of real-time Web and email threat protection, has launched a channel training program to familiarize partners with the benefits and advantages, as well as the installation and configuration options, of its products and integrated solutions.
The program offers education tracks based on skill level, with the option to participate in classroom training, webinars, or online self-paced learning modules. And, with automatic certification management, partners will learn of the latest class and certification offerings when new courses are available. A video library of how-to materials that supplements existing content is also available.
The three training tracks are Certified Sales Professional, a nontechnical introduction to a product line and its technologies; Certified Sales Engineer, designed for personnel involved in technical presales and sales engineering for a product; and Certified Professional, for technical personnel who offer support on a specific product. The Certified Engineer certification is a prerequisite for Certified Professional training.
