According to N-able, N-central 6.7 has technologies that provide enhanced IT automation, performance, power, and usability to help MSPs and other IT service providers increase operational productivity. It also features functionality for remote control of any IP-enabled device as well as advanced integration with Intel vPro and instant remote monitoring. Customer setup and rollout time have been reduced from hours to minutes, according to the company, to ease the on-boarding of new clients. N-central 6.7 can be purchased as a hosted, subscription-based service or on-premise software.
N-able’s new N-compass 3.0 features flexible drag-and-drop report building, time-based SLA reporting, and asset reports that detail the performance and lifecycle expectations of all technologies tied to the network for planning hardware and software upgrades. The new functionality and custom-branded reports enable partners to demonstrate ROI and the business value of their services to clients and prospects. N-compass ships with more than 20 pre-built reports and is available as an optional add-on to N-central 6.7 on-premise software.
