RMM provider Ninja MSP has announced a partnership with endpoint security specialist Webroot to integrate Webroot SecureAnywhere Business Endpoint Protection with Ninja RMM. The integration aims to provide a one-stop shop for MSPs looking to offer remote monitoring and management with a next-generation endpoint protection within an easy to deploy and manage solution.
The cloud-based Webroot management console requires no dedicated servers, and endpoints can be remotely managed and remediated from anywhere. The Webroot agent boasts quick remote installation on a managed endpoint in under a minute, minimizing impact on end user productivity and shortening the time required to roll-out a new security solution. The company’s technology also features rollback and remote remediation capabilities, reducing the need to re-image infected machines.
Ninja MSP’s RMM solution is designed to save MSPs time and money by reducing the need to go onsite. One of the pain points that the company wanted to solve was to improve efficiency with less technician training time. Instead of weeks of training, a technician can learn everything they need to start using Ninja’s cloud-based, SaaS RMM tool during an hour-long onboarding session. “We wanted to make an RMM that is really easy to use,†everything in the UI is clickable and intuitive,” says John Reumann, vice president at Ninja MSP. “Ninja’s RMM has been on the market since last summer, and the Ninja NMS version was released in January.”
