Kensington Releases New Software for Its Trackball Products
The application makes the company’s family of trackballs customizable within the latest Windows and Mac OS environments. The software is available for free download.
Kensington Computer Products Group made its TrackballWorks software available this week as a configuration tool compatible with the latest versions of the Windows OS and Mac OS. The software is designed to customize the user experience with Kensington’s trackball mouse products.
The software enables the latest operating systems to employ the company’s trackballs. In addition, the software enables the assigning of functions or keyboard shortcuts to any trackball buttons. It also enables “chording” for trackball button combination assignments.
Kensington’s family of trackballs includes:
- Kensington SlimBlade Trackball (MSRP $129.99)
- Kensington Expert Mouse (MSRP $99.99)
- Kensington Orbit Trackball with Scroll Ring (MSRP $39.99)
- Kensington Orbit Optical Trackball (MSRP $29.99)
