Continuum has re-branded and re-organized its lineup of software and services for MSPs.
Going forward, the Boston-based vendor’s growing security portfolio will be known as Continuum Fortify, its RMM platform will be called Continuum Command, and its BDR offering will be named Continuum Recover.
Continuum has also turned two sets of previously available resources into discrete solutions with similarly-conceived names. Continuum Assist encompasses the vendor’s network operations center, security operations center, and help desk services, while Continuum Enable is the new home of its training, certification, and sales coaching offerings.
The revamped naming scheme is designed to emphasize the degree to which Continuum products work together to form a complete platform for running a managed services practice.
“Our partners choose Continuum because our experience, solutions and services prove that we truly understand the needs of MSPs,” said Michael George, CEO of Continuum, in a press statement. “We know that modern MSPs need a next-generation platform that helps them grow with confidence and provides the technical capabilities, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics required to automate and orchestrate their most complex SMB customer environments.”
Previously known as Continuum Security and formally introduced last June, Continuum Fortify is the most strategic component of the company’s managed services suite. The solution includes vulnerability scanning, endpoint security, network security, and threat detection and response functionality, plus the assessment and dark web monitoring capabilities Continuum introduced in February. DNS security from Carbonite subsidiary Webroot has been part of the offering as well since last November.
ConnectWise, a pioneer in the fiercely competitive market for comprehensive managed services suites, master branded its product family in a similar fashion late in 2016.
