Continuum and BrightGauge, a provider of business intelligence software for IT services providers, announced that Continuum RMM and BrightGauge are now integrated, allowing MSPs to manage all monitored devices in one centralized platform as well as consolidate IT vendor reports in one place. The integration, announced at day two of the Navigate 2016 user conference, also allows MSPs to build custom dashboards and reports to help drive technician efficiency. MSPs can create custom reports and dashboards that integrate reporting from other tools as well, such as Intuit QuickBooks, Dropbox, and all the major PSA tools.
“Today, there is a great deal of information on our partners’ systems that they need to report out,” said Adrianna Gugel, product manager at Continuum, in a press statement. “We are happy to meet their needs with this integration, providing an easy-to-use interface for consolidating IT vendor information, streamlining reporting for technicians. We were pleased to work with BrightGauge through the integration development process, as well as in the development of Continuum’s new Reporting API.”
The BrightGauge integration leverages the new Continuum Reporting API, announced earlier at Navigate 2016.
Also leveraging the Reporting API is the integration of Continuum’s RMM and IT Glue, a best practices-driven IT documentation platform. This deep integration pulls key data sets for Continuum into IT Glue where MSPs can access information such as memory, disk, CPU, and more directly into IT Glue, according to the company. IT Glue’s documentation platform enables MSPs to document both structured (network information, domains, passwords or software licensing) and procedural (knowledge base and SOPs) information.
“Many of our partners have indicated that they would like to utilize IT Glue, a highly regarded point solution for MSPs, to author and maintain IT documentation of their clients, in conjunction with Continuum,” said Carl Resnik, senior director, product management at Continuum, in a press statement. “We are excited to deliver this integration where our partners can now have their device information from Continuum appear in IT Glue to quickly reference in their documentation, increasing their efficiency.”
