With the integration, Team GPS provides a centralized system to manage data, communicate expectations clearly, and help hold team members accountable. MSPs will be able to identify potential issues before they become major problems and take actionable steps to create a better experience for employees and customers.

Pia, the automated ticket resolution solutions provider, has introduced a new feature called Extension Automations, which allows MSPs to modify aiDesk’s automation packages for unique circumstances that are not part of the workflow. By adding an “extension point,” an MSP can create an automation and incorporate it into the automation package’s workflow instead of creating the entire workflow from scratch, according to the company. 

Cybersecurity company ConnectSecure is adding deep attack surface scanning and the Exploit Prediction Scoring System (EPSS) to its platform for managed service providers (MSPs) that protect small and midsize businesses. The new capabilities will be fully integrated into the ConnectSecure platform, giving MSPs complete visibility into network, device, and application weaknesses that can be exploited by bad actors.
