Still, it’s an evolving industry, and she expects smaller MSPs will face more competition (not insurmountable) from what she calls “super MSPs,” compliance expertise will be a bigger factor in buyers’ decisions, and automation and simplification of back-end tools will enable MSPs to become true sales and marketing organizations.
