ChannelPro is setting the stage for 2025 as a “regional excellence” year, pinpointing immense growth potential within the industry. To help MSPs capitalize on promising economic indicators and analyst predictions, ChannelPro is launching state-specific resources. The goal is to empower IT professionals, starting with Florida MSPs, to capitalize on local opportunities.
ChannelPro’s Eight-State Focus for 2025
By offering targeted resources, ChannelPro’s editorial team is working to support MSPs in eight key states. The goal is to help them leverage local opportunities and navigate the specific business landscapes they face. The initiative begins with Florida, one of the fastest growing and most economically diverse states in the country.
Michael Siggins, founder and publisher of ChannelPro, explained, “We want to support MSPs with useful resources that match the conditions on the ground. As a result, our mindset has to be state-centric. I’m excited about this approach and we’ve heard a lot of great feedback on it so far.”
Florida: A Model for Regional MSP Excellence
ChannelPro’s Florida resource hub is the first of several planned state-specific hubs. It offers Florida MSPs a focused look at untapped economic sectors, ways to forge local partnerships, the regulatory climate affecting businesses, and more.
Eric Long, founder of the St. Petersburg-area MSP TeraCloud commented by saying, “The demand for tech services in Florida is skyrocketing. More businesses are moving here and prioritizing data security, disaster preparedness, and compliance. I love seeing ventures like this one take off…the Florida MSP community needs this.”

Looking Ahead: Expanding Regional Excellence to Other States
While Florida serves as the launchpad for the Regional Excellence initiative, ChannelPro is actively developing resources for the other states in its eight-state focus. Those states include Texas, Illinois, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, Maryland, and California. Each hub will be tailored to address unique challenges and opportunities within that state. More resources will be added throughout the year as new challenges and opportunities emerge.
Additionally, ChannelPro is planning a full slate of virtual and in-person events designed to boost MSP profitability. With more content than ever on local issues, the conference strategy dovetails nicely with the larger ‘regional excellence’ approach to content.
“We’re committed to giving back to the MSP community. We want to contribute to their growth and position ChannelPro as a long-term partner in their success,” said Siggins.
