Denver-based solutions distributor Avnet Technology Solutions has introduced SolutionsPath Playbooks for its reseller partners. The online playbooks, or sales toolkits, are comprehensive reference guides that group offerings from key suppliers into detailed solutions, backed by a library of supporting tools and resources, that contain the market data, technical information, and marketing and sales techniques needed to be successful in a specific solution play.
They are designed to help partners prepare for sales calls, determine the types of solutions available from suppliers, access services, and generate leads. About 75 playbooks will be available initially, focusing on such markets as virtualization, security and storage, and vertical solutions for the government and healthcare markets.
Solutions plays detail the architecture needed for specific solutions; partners can also access step-by-step online demonstrations of select technologies used in solutions through Avnet’s on-demand demonstration capabilities.
