ConnectWise, an IT service software developer, has integrated with BrightGauge’s custom report builder. BrightGauge provides MSPs the ability to generate customer-facing reports, without requiring SQL skills. Custom reports can be generated from ConnectWise data or a combination of both ConnectWise and data from their remote monitoring and management product. Fully brandable, these reports can be automated, scheduled, and customized quickly.
BrightGauge is offering ConnectWise partners an introductory rate of $149/month for unlimited reporting. The current RMM tools supported include LabTech and Kaseya, with more to come.
