Partner Kits are intended to share ConnectWise’s best practices expertise and provide guidance for growing businesses. Each offers an in-depth deep dive into the topic and is packed with industry best practices and how-tos.
The Vendor Management kit offers advice on working with multiple vendors to develop winning custom solutions. The Co-Managed IT kit provides insights on the additional service offering you can sell to your clients, where you become an extension of their internal IT team, and the Service Boards kit is an in-depth look at ConnectWise’s service management tools to help you fully utilize your service desk.
New and existing kits are available solely to ConnectWise partners via the “ConnectWise University” site at http://www.connectwise.com/PartnerKits. There is no charge to access these resources.
