D&H Distributing, an IT distributor, is supporting Lenovo’s new server initiative with a new dedicated Lenovo reseller program. Lenovo recently introduced a set of ThinkServer technologies for the SMB sector using the latest generation of Intel Xeon E5-2600 processing chips.
Lenovo has developed a series of VAR programs to deliver volume benefits and discounts to partners:
- The Lenovo Partner Demo Program: Resellers who purchase up to 8 ThinkServer units and 12 ThinkServer options (storage, memory, processors, monitors, etc.) will receive discounts of up to 35% off list price. This server merchandise can be used as demo units, seed units or for internal use. VARs can also receive up to 50% off other select items. The number of units available for this promotion each quarter will be based on purchases from the previous quarter.
- Lenovo Top-Seller Volume Delegation Program: Resellers who purchase between 2 and 9 ThinkServer units and ThinkServer options receive a 4% discount. Those who purchase between 10 and 200 ThinkServer units and ThinkServer options receive an 8% discount.
- D&H’s Lenovo “Fuel Your SMB Life” Program: D&H developed this SMB-oriented rewards program to make it easy for resellers of all scales to win prizes, without even a sign-up requirement. VARs earn points for each Lenovo purchase, with point amounts varying depending upon the different product categories purchased. Prizes change from quarter to quarter and range from level to level. At the end of the quarter, customers are automatically awarded prizes according to whatever point level they’ve achieved.
