Heartland Leadership Group has named Israel Lang as its new executive consultant. Lang’s primary focus will be helping clients improve strategy and corporate potential, specifically in service delivery.
Lang joins Heartland Leadership Group (HLG) with over 15 years of IT industry and service delivery experience. He spent the last four years as chief information officer of Pinnacle in Indiana. In late 2012, Pinnacle was acquired by Advanced Imaging Solutions in South Bend, Indiana. Israel led the infrastructure services business unit with additional responsibilities related to document solutions. He also served on the executive management team and led the efforts to integrate the two organizations’ disparate systems and more efficiently connect their multiple locations.
Lang speaks regularly on the managed service model, service delivery and leadership, and other technology related topics. Additionally, he works with organizations throughout the world helping them make the changes needed to sustain, grow, and scale their service delivery teams.
“Israel’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge has already made him a significant addition to the HLG team,” noted Peter Sorensen, president of Heartland Leadership Group. “He is a great leader and is passionate about helping others. I am confident that Israel will play a fundamental role in facilitating others to achieve professional and personal success. We welcome him to HLG!”
