Dallas, TX – The National Society of IT Service Providers (NSITSP) is thrilled to announce the launch of its innovative badge program, recognizing exceptional achievements and contributions within our community. These badges serve as a testament to the dedication and impact of our members and affiliated companies.
The new program includes recognition of members for leadership inside the organization and in the IT consulting industry as a whole. The program is the result of a great deal of effort by a number of members from the NSITSP standing committees and the Board of Directors.
The badges and achievements announced include:
- The Leader Badge is an individual honor bestowed upon those who serve on the board of directors, committees, and special task forces.
- The Client Endorsed Badge is a company-level distinction awarded to organizations that have received two or more client letters of recommendation. Notable aspects of this badge include.
- The Ambassador Badge recognizes outstanding individual contributions, including member recruitment, volunteerism, and even one for being a “Social Media Hero.”
- The Continuing Education Badge will be awarded to members who attend specified industry-focused webinars sponsored by the Society.
- The Professional Badge recognizes organizations who have met requirements that separate them from amateurs and fly-by-night organizations.
The specific details of each badge will be rolled out in the months ahead. To assist in this, and continue looking to the future, the Board also created a new standing committee on Professional Development. This is the fifth standing committee of the NSITSP.
The NSITSP remains committed to fostering excellence, collaboration, and growth within the IT service industry. These badges symbolize our shared commitment to advancing our field and recognizing those who make it possible.
