D&H Distributing, a leading provider of technology solutions to the North American channel, announces it will conduct its fall THREAD Technology Conference in a new location for 2023, and is holding the event in the entertainment capital of the nation: Las Vegas, NV. D&H Distributing decided to make a series of four exclusive SuccessPath partner training sessions more accessible to partners, replacing its traditional spring West Coast conference with this event for 2023. The fall THREAD will be conducted at The Mirage hotel on Wednesday October 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Close to 300 reseller, MSP, and VAR partners are expected to attend, in addition to 60 participating vendors that run the gamut from networking to components to digital signage and beyond. Attendees can select one of four seminars examining transformative categories and topics, such as next-generation Modern Solutions, systems and device refresh, ProAV and collaboration, and components. These sessions will provide exclusive strategies and resources to help partners build their businesses in these key areas, running successively throughout the event from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In addition to the SuccessPath seminars, the agenda includes a welcome from D&H’s Chief Commercial Officer Marty Bauerlein; an insightful partner panel on “The Evolution of a Managed Service Provider”; and a Mainstage Keynote from inspirational speaker Carey Lohrenz, the first female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy. D&H’s Senior Vice President of Marketing Anthony Graziano will address partners on how to get the most out of their THREAD experience and will provide closing remarks. The D&H Exhibition Hall and Technology Showcase will be open from 4:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., spotlighting cutting-edge innovations from technology providers whose solutions drive opportunities like unified communications, security, ProAV, and cloud-based solutions. Attendees will also be treated to a live system-build demonstration on the show floor, conducted by D&H technical experts during the THREAD event’s exhibit hours.
Participating vendors include Acer, AMD, ASUS, Buffalo, Cisco, Dell, Eaton/Tripp Lite, ESET, Intel, Kingston, Lenovo, Lexmark, Microsoft, NETGEAR, Samsung, ViewSonic, and many additional D&H partners. Several of these vendors will be offering content as part of the SuccessPath series and/or D&H’s Partnerfi Symposium. In addition, D&H will offer a series of “Fireside Chat” theater sessions involving vendor partners, including a Modern Solutions presentation from new D&H vendor Extreme Networks.
An Exciting D&H Partnerfi Symposium
The Mirage is also the location of D&H Distributing’s Partnerfi engagement group’s Fall Symposium. This event runs from October 16 -18 and features an additional roster of vendor-based presentations and subject matter experts (inspirational Keynote speaker “Marvelless” Mark Kamp, CEO and Partnerfi member Michael Haley of Edge Solutions, D&H Co-President Michael Schwab) plus community sessions and peer networking opportunities. Sessions explore strategic business themes such as the impact of AI, the MSP journey, succession planning, hybrid work experiences, sustainability, high-performance computing, professional services, and credit offerings.
Vendors providing Partnerfi content include AMD, Brother, Cisco, ConnectWise, CyberPower, Dell, Eaton, Ergotron, Extreme Networks, Google Chrome, HPE, HPI, Intel, Lenovo, Logitech, Microsoft, MSI, SonicWall, and Vertiv. D&H’s Partnerfi community has been growing rapidly since its launch at the end of 2021, with membership increasing by nearly 500% in that timeframe.
“As the third-largest distributor in the marketplace, D&H’s reputation for delivering intensive, strategic training and partner engagement opportunities has grown along with its business. We wanted to make that partner-centric mission accessible to channel partners in new ways,” said Anthony Graziano, senior vice president of marketing at D&H Distributing. “Partners have gotten notable benefits from our SuccessPath program, so we’re developing that into a greater part of the D&H value proposition. As we move through our 105th year, we’ve been refining our offerings and reorganizing how we deliver our programs to accommodate the evolving market, so more partners can leverage our resources to escalate their practices. This reimagined THREAD event is an example of that.”
