Taylor Business Group’s BigBIG Conference 2022 is taking place this week, September 21-24, at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Fla. The annual conference brings together MSP business owners, C-level executives, and managers for a multi-day educational and networking event.
Taylor Business Group (TBG), founded in 2001, is an executive coaching firm that focuses on IT solution providers and copier dealers. Its Business Improvement Groups (or BIGs) consist of 10-12 noncompeting members that meet monthly, facilitated by TBG coaches.
Pre-day activities started on Wednesday with select Profit Maker BIG meetings, followed by partner and member outdoor activities and a dinner cruise on the Hollywood Intracoastal.
The conference officially opens today, and started with CEO Michael France delivering “The State of the TBG Union.”
Throughout the day there will be vendor presentations and a variety of breakout sessions, including: Pros and Cons of Buying, Selling, and Merging; Changing Your Mindset; Moving at the Pace of Sales; Developing an All-Star Tier 1 Team; MSP M&A Marketplace in 2023; Marketing Like Your MSP Actually Depends on IT; and more.
Attendees can also browse the community pavilion.
The day ends with an opening reception, followed by a CISO forum.
On Friday, in addition to vendor presentations and an analyst presentation by Jay McBain of Canalys, the breakout sessions include: Public Speaking Mastery; Creating Profit and Efficiency in an Inflationary World; The Perfect Client: Adding Clients Worthy of Your Team; and more.
Friday ends with a Performance Awards cocktail reception, followed by the Performance Awards presentation.
BigBIG wraps up on Saturday with sessions on cybersecurity insurance and risk analysis and selling cybersecurity, plus sponsor giveaways and farewell cocktails.
