Egnyte, the leader in cloud content security and governance, today announced the appointment of Stan Hansen as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Hansen will be responsible for all sales functions globally.
In the first half of 2021, Egnyte has added 128 net new hires, bringing its total employee count to 789; opened its first office in Asia; and, received numerous industry and customer accolades including being named a Leader by G2 in three distinct categories: Data Governance, Data Security and Content Collaboration.

Prior to joining Egnyte, Hansen spent five years at Pluralsight, where he was most recently President, North America Sales. In that time, Hansen built a multi-regional, large-scale sales, business development and solutions consulting organization that was process driven and consistently generated high-growth revenue results. Hansen and his organization were instrumental in taking Pluralsight through their successful initial public offering in 2018. Prior to Pluralsight, he held various leadership positions in sales, technology and operations for companies including Domo, Adobe and Wells Fargo.
