VoIP provider Cytracom has appointed Dave Goldie its new vice president of channel.
Goldie, who recently served as vice president of channel for managed services documentation vendor IT Glue, will be responsible for Allen, Texas-based Cytracom’s channel sales strategy and execution.
“Dave has an intimate knowledge of the pain points that MSPs face and the critical role communication plays in their success,” said Zane Conkle, CEO and co-founder of Cytracom, in a press statement. “This, along with his impressive channel development track record, make him the perfect fit as we continue to enhance our partner program in 2019.”
Goldie, who left IT Glue last September, served as a sales leader and business development manager for a variety of businesses in Canada.
“I’m honored to join the Cytracom team and can’t wait to meet with our outstanding partners,” said Goldie in prepared remarks. “I love this channel and look forward to helping MSPs deliver voice services to their SMB customers.
Cytracom most recently made headlines in October when it introduced Active Intelligence Monitoring, a new addition to its core platform automatically detects and mitigates issues with voice services.
