Hostway, a leading managed cloud hosting provider and specialist in compliant hybrid and multi-cloud hosting solutions, announced its acquisition of the Toronto-based MyHosting.com and Mail2Web lines of business from†Ingram Micro. Under the terms of the deal, the MyHosting.com brand, customers and key employees join Hostway; Hostway continues to operate and evolve the MyHosting brand, products and platform.
Hostway plans to leverage the skillset and experience of the MyHosting.com team members to further bolster its capabilities with Ingram Micro’s CloudBlue Automation platforms and will incorporate the platform more broadly in both its direct and wholesale channels.
