Cradlepoint, the global leader in software-defined 4G LTE networking solutions for distributed enterprises, announced it has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointment of Marc Bresniker as vice president of product management and Pankaj Malhotra as senior vice president of engineering.
These executive appointments will enable Cradlepoint to build on its leadership position in cloud managed 4G LTE network solutions and deliver on the company’s Elastic Edge vision for next-generation, software-defined wireless networks built on advanced LTE and 5G services.

Bresniker and Malhotra are known for their technical vision and success in industry-leading network and cloud organizations to deliver innovative solutions to enterprise customers. Their proven experience, technical acumen and leadership abilities will help Cradlepoint continue to innovate and meet the WAN transformation needs of its customers as they embrace digital transformation.
Bresniker joins Cradlepoint with 19 years of proven success in product management and market development. He has built teams and personally managed many products across SDWAN, WiFi, Unified communications, Switching, Routing and SaaS with Akamai, Cisco SDN, Cisco Meraki, Cisco SMB and Cisco ISR teams.
Malhotra brings 23 years of proven technical achievement and engineering management experience within the enterprise networking industry. He has built many high-performance teams across multi-disciplined engineering programs that include complex and scaled SaaS Products, Unified Communications, WLAN, Network Management, Ethernet Switching and Routing platforms with Twilio, Shortel, Juniper and Cisco.
