D&H Distributing Co. is hosting its Mid-Atlantic Summer Technology Trade Show on June 21 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center in Hershey, Pa. Registration is free for D&H customers. The event is expected to draw close to 1,000 reseller and dealer attendees, and features a variety of seminars and a product showcase with more than 100 manufacturer partners.
Seminars will be presented by industry leaders Intel, Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Lenovo, and Dell, covering topics such as cloud-based solutions, mobility, emerging technologies and partner programs.
Harrisburg, Pa.-based D&H is launching a new initiative at the event, the “SMB Blueprints” program, which offers multivendor support and a transactional model designed to help independent resellers with the purchase and implementation of cloud-based infrastructures. The program will provide hands-on guidance for resellers selling into smaller markets who may not otherwise have the resources to accommodate off-premises and hybrid solution sales and deployments.
D&H will offer end-to-end support in automation, provisioning, billing, and invoicing, along with a best-in-class specialist team to assist with the end-customer lifecycle for these cloud-based projects. Resellers can speak to D&H representatives about this new program at show’s center aisle attraction, the “Modern Office and Business Solutions” exhibit.
“We’re thrilled to introduce our SMB Blueprints initiative at the Mid-Atlantic Summer show in Hershey, where we can offer one-on-one consultation to our resellers on their cloud-based sales efforts,” said Mary Campbell, D&H’s vice president of marketing. “In researching our Pre-Sales program, resellers expressed the need for greater support to increase their sales of hosted infrastructures. We can offer specific skillsets and a unique transactional structure that will help resellers more easily accommodate deployments for these new protocols.”
In addition to the seminar leaders, vendors participating in the show include Acer, ASUS, Buffalo, Creative, D-Link, IOGEAR, Linksys, Motorola, NETGEAR, Ricoh, Samsung, Seagate, Sennheiser, Targus, TRENDnet and a host of other major and emerging manufacturers.
Vendors making their debut appearance at the D&H Mid-Atlantic Summer Show include Kasda Networks Inc. (wired and wireless networking), P&F USA (consumer electronics), Revogi (connected home), Azulle (computer accessories), EZVIZ (Wi-Fi video cameras), Connected IO (wireless networking antennae), Jem Accessories (connected home), Sanho (storage), Innoview (LCD TVs), Luidia (whiteboard solutions) and a new D&H partner, iRULU (smart device technology).
The Mid-Atlantic event is an active “selling show,” as are all D&H trade events, which qualifies attendees for special, one-day-only pricing on merchandise purchased on the floor. Door prizes include a Grand Prize Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series 2-in-1 laptop; and seminar prizes of a $100 American Express gift card for one winner per session, sponsored by Intel.
Registration opens at 11 a.m., and the exhibit opens at 3 p.m.
