The new application provides field service management capabilities, giving IT professionals full visibility into their customer support in real-time from their iOS supported device.
MAX ServiceDesk is a fully hosted support portal that enables IT professionals to deliver customer support service and boost productivity. The new app further enhances the functionality of the ServiceDesk portal by allowing users to stay connected with their customers on the go.
