Vorex Inc., a provider of cloud-based business management solutions that combine project management and professional services automation (PSA) tools, has unveiled an integration with Continuum, a provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions. The integration enables Continuum to offer its client base an additional option for a PSA solution and Vorex users to have access to an integrated remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform. The integration is cloud-based and designed to be quick and easy with no hardware or software installments.
Vorex is the first Continuum-compatible PSA that uses the IT services provider’s application programming interface (API). The integration adds Vorex as the fifth PSA platform option available to Continuum users and enables synchronization of tickets and workflows between the two platforms.
The new integration offers to streamline processes and support business scenarios such as creating a ticket in Continuum while initiating correct workflows in Vorex and creating a ticket in Vorex and having it assigned to the help desk team at Continuum.†
